What’s involved?
As a Digital Service Representative trainee with Service NSW, you’ll complete a Certificate III in Business – Customer Engagement, while also working on the front lines of the Service Centre to develop your skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries and supporting them with digital transactions.
You’ll get paid while you learn and have 3 hours per week to complete your studies at work, while also receiving ongoing support from one of our dedicated Workforce Solutions Specialists. After 12 months, you’ll complete your traineeship with a nationally recognised qualification and walk into a world of opportunity.
