KJ Industrial Scaffolding partners with Zeal Futures to provide traineeship opportunities for local people to become skilled scaffolders in high-risk industrial environments. The program has now supported over 150 trainees to kickstart their scaffolding careers, with a strong focus on safety and comprehensive industry-relevant training.
Trainees are paired with experienced scaffolding Leading Hands, ensuring you received real-time, on-the-job training. With KJ, you’ll have great opportunities for career progression once you’re qualified, with many trainees moving up the ranks into full-time roles and leadership positions.
