Right from the start, you’ll be guided by a Zeal Futures Workforce Solutions Specialist, who will help you identify your workforce needs and provide advice and support throughout the process.
Our recruitment experts will then source quality candidates using our proven recruitment process, liaising with you along the way to ensure we find the right fit for your business.
Once the apprentice or trainee is on board, we’ll take care of inductions, paperwork, payroll, incident management, and training enrolment, so you can focus on the on-the-job training and development.
Your Workforce Solutions Specialist will also act as a mentor for the apprentice or trainee, ensuring they are supported right through to successful completion. They'll also support you with monitoring the apprentice or trainee's progress, and support you with any questions or concerns you have along the way.
