The Sensory Hive provides thoughtfully selected sensory toys and OT resources that support children and adults’ development, regulation, and play. Relocating to the incubator allowed us to move out of our home office and into a professional environment suited to our growing team. It’s provided not just the space I needed, but the sense of professionalism and momentum that comes with stepping into something bigger.

CentreSteps Allied Health is a locally owned practice in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. We’re here to make each step forward feel supported and achievable, providing occupational therapy and allied health assistant services with a vision to expand into a wider range of therapies over time. Redtail provides support for people with disability, offering support work, support coordination, capacity building, finding and keeping a job support, and free events through social impact grant. The incubator is affordable, convenient, in a great location, and a good community to be part of. Zeal Futures helps enable us to launch programs by providing space we didn’t have and offers the benefits of the site location and facilities.

Embrace Living Therapies provides Mental Health Occupational Therapy service for children (4+) and adolescents including assessment, intervention, and consultation. We aim to identify meaningful client and family-centred goals and work together to reach them. I moved into the incubator due to the affordable rent and supportive environment. Zeal Futures has enabled me to have a clinic space to work with individuals that require therapy in a professional environment, offering a clinic-based service that’s more tailored to people’s needs.

I am a remedial massage therapist providing massage therapy services. I offer a blend of relaxation and remedial techniques to help my clients find complete relaxation and muscle release. I have a focus on nervous system down regulation and myofascial release to ease tension gently. I have found that Zeal Futures offers small but powerful ways to improve business visibility, whether it’s business listings, courses on-site, or a friendly smile form the office manager. These things all make a difference to a small business owner often working in a silo. It’s nice to be surrounded by community all on the same page.

Newcastle Venetian Plasterer offers artisan finishing in venetian plaster and micro cement finishes on architectural homes and commercial building, specialising in bathroom and feature walls. Zeal Futures has helped by allowing me to run my business how and when I need. Having 24/7 access to my space is very convenient and suits me well. It’s easy, accessible, and with neat and tidy surroundings. The tenants are a great community to be part of.

Simplifi NII work in the critical assets industry, including power generation, oil and gas, mining, aviation, and logistics supply. We test and measure equipment to inspect defects before systems fault and break down causing environmental disasters. It’s great having a stable and consistent space to operate business with 24/7 access, it’s a professionally designed site and offers storage for stock, secure address for parcels to be left, conference room available, and facilities secured and patrolled after hours.
