Zeal Futures has partnered with BlueScope since 1998 to offer employment and training across a number of vocations.
BlueScope is one of the largest employers in the Illawarra region, and one of our largest host employers, with over 100 Zeal Futures apprentices currently working across their Wollongong and Port Kembla sites.
BlueScope has an innovative approach to training their future workforce, and are a strong supporter of workplace diversity, with women making up more than 40% of their apprentice cohort.
What’s involved?
As a BlueScope apprentice, you’ll complete a Cert III trade qualification over 4 years through a combination of practical experience and formal learning.
You’ll have the opportunity to rotate between different departments within BlueScope, allowing you to gain a broad range of skills and get a taste of all that BlueScope has to offer.
