Having the knowledge and confidence to support someone who may be experiencing mental health issues can be life saving. This course will teach participants how to spot the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems in adults, how to recognised and respond to an emerging issue, and what treatments are available.

Students who complete this course become Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders, equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to provide someone with mental health information and support when it matters most.
