Introduction - Build an Instagram Strategy
Instagram is an effective digital marketing tool. You'll learn about the basics of Instagram and its algorithm before working towards setting goals for what you want to achieve, such as brand awareness, sales, or community engagement. This workshop will also show you how to identify your target audience, and track your progress towards your goals.
Create Engaging Content for Instagram
There are a number of post types on Instagram that allow you to share content in different ways; these include photo posts, reels, and stories. In this workshop, you'll learn how to create engaging content for your Instagram page that aligns with your brand and connects with your audience. You will also walk through how to create a content calendar, and use other tools like Canva to develop your content.
Implement your Instagram Strategy
Now that you've set up your page, set some goals, and developed a content plan, it's time to start tracking results and optimising your content to build your platform. This workshop will guide you through an introduction to advertising with Instagram, and how to track results such as reach, likes, shares, and more. You'll also discover the importance of engaging with your community, including replying to comments and messages, and interacting with other brands and influencers.
