Overview
This course is a practical introduction to hydraulic systems, focusing on component identification, basic inspection, and fault finding. It is also well suited as a refresher for those wanting to update or reinforce existing skills in hydraulic maintenance.
You’ll learn to:
- Recognise key hydraulic components and understand their function within a system
- Identify common faults using fundamental fluid power principles
- Interpret simple data sheets and circuit diagrams to support effective troubleshooting
- Set up basic hydraulic circuits and perform simple inspections and maintenance tasks safely
Delivery & Additional Info
This one-day course will be delivered face to face at our Rutherford Campus.
It is currently offered as an Expression of Interest (EOI) and will be scheduled based on demand.
This is a fee-for-service program, with no government funding available.
