Zeal Futures school-based apprenticeships allow you to start stage 1 of your trade qualification, with the weight of eligible course units carrying over to your HSC. It helps you make an immediate start on your formal training by working part-time with a host employer while still in high school. After completing your HSC, you'll continue your hands-on, practical training to further develop your skills.

How much do I get paid for an apprenticeship or traineeship?
Completing an apprenticeship and traineeship with Zeal Futures is a paid employment position. Your pay will be based on relevant industry awards, paid weekly. Some partner employers pay apprentices and trainees more, leading to career pathways with added benefits, competitive salaries and progression opportunities.

Will my apprenticeship lead to a Certificate III?
Apprenticeships typically result in the completion of a Certificate III qualification or higher. The qualification you will complete as part of the apprenticeship will be listed on the job advertisement.
